Jak,

Google have their own algorithm the relevant number of the same keyword should appear in one pages. Let say your pages is having 100 words, will it relevant to have the same keywords for more than 30 times? Is does not sound right rite?

Google algorithm will drill down into sentences that let say your sentence have 15 words, can the same heyword appear more than five times?

You should not worry about the keyword that naturally occurs few times as long as it relevant. this technique used for black seo which people trying to move up to be in first pages in google search.

have a nice day jak

What if your page naturally relates to a keyword occurring a dozen times. I have a site on social media and when we have pages that discuss the subject thoroughly, its difficult to avoid using the same term repeatedly.
